Indeed. Presently mobiles systems can not accept incoming connections. They are client only. That may change in future when mobile networks start supporting IPv6, but presently mobile devices are client only.
Fdionet is based on the premise that nodes are peers. They can operate both as client and as servers. Clients only can not form a network as they can not connect to each other.
When client only systems are a rare exception, it will still work. When they appear in large numbers, it will destabelise the network.
