I didn't really configure anything for modem over VoIP. I had two VoIP telephone "lines". One via my ISP (Ziggo, Casema) and a Motorolo SBV5120E cable modem. The other line was via a Linksys PAP VoIP adapter. These two lines were connected to a 2x6 analog Private Branch exchange. (Samsung KP206) One of the 6 internal lines was connected to a classic V90 modem, the other five lines were connected to analog telephones.
It worked just the same as when it was connected to a real analog POTS line before. Not much to configure...
