If you are that close to the DSLAM, 50M is not all that impressive.
I am 800 meters from the DSLAM and the incumbant - KPN - claim they can offer 80/10 here. Over copper that is at least 50 years old and possibly older than I am....
Ziggo, the owner of the green coax can offer 400/40.
