And leave it to "the market? Yes, that will change the situation. It is what we did with the gas, the water and the electricity. Twenty five years ago the power was in the care of engineers that took pride in keeping things running. Now it is in the care of managers who's first priority is to keep themselves and the shareholders happy. Did that change the situation? Sure it did! It became more expensive and less reliable. A change indeed. But not for the better...
