And rightly so. The UK had probably hoped that with someone else at the helm, they would have gotten even more concessions. Well, they were outvoted. The rest voted for someone not so eager to grant more consessions. That is democracy. And rightly so, Juncker did not forget that.

They asked for ten times more than then others. They got three times more. So indeed they did not get everything they wanted. Of course the others did not get all they wanted either. But they didn't overask, so they got less "no's" than the UK. The UK overasked And still got more than the others.
