I can confirm. Here on the Camping near Dieren where I come every year for a yearly hamfest, I could receive the German terrestrial television with my old Digital receiver.
But no more. I see them in the list when I let it scan for signals, I can even see which ones are free to air, but no picture and no sound. If I want to see them I have to get DVB-T2 compatible equipment.
