And a serious short-circuit in the distribution box in the basement which caused a small fire (luckily it went nowhere) and sent a power-surge around the house which fried the TV, the fridge, the laundry machine (or was it the dryer), the motherboard and one externally powered USB hard drive is not something that I wish to happen to others, especially when you're hiking in Canada's Waterton Lakes Park.
