That's again dodging the question.
Is there an FTSC-document which reads "A MSGID is a required part of any echomail message" ? So it's not about the "may" but about the "must".
If the requirement is not part of the FTSC-documentation, I'm affraid I will have to rest my case.
And pls, do not think I am advocating not having a MSGID. It's just about the FTSC-writings dealing with it.
