Not only can it be repaired, we can simply stay. It's a flat roof and it's the upper roofing-layer which is gone.
When the wind dies down the fire-department is going to pass by and execute a temporary repair in the morning to make certain we have dry feet when it rains. All the rest is insurance business.
Having seen the TV-news, we have been lucky ... others are worse.
