RC40 gets the nodediff from my system, no clue what happens after that ... been like this since ... forever ?

Fidonews is not being fed into R40 from here.
40/0 400/0 400/333 flies CM but is "never" online, does not update segments for the past 5 year, has not communicated a single time during that whole period. Neither has any of the other nodes with the exception of Vladimir.
When Vladimir Donskoy requested a nodenumber in R40 he only got it because "I" edited the segment of R40 manually.
That whole region with the exception of 400/2992 and 400/814 is gone. In the meantime the dead nodes have been lifted from the segment and are already not showing anymore in the DAILYLST.
