NC230 says he sent a segment with 2:230/230 in it Dec.4th and I'm merely confirming that in the R20-segment on file delivered by yourself this 2:230/230 is not included and 26 hours later still isn't.
I'm not saying you didn't do your job, it's NC230 who is wondering what happened to his segment.
If it had been delivered here even 1 minute before midnight it would have been included ... but it wasn't delivered ...
So, what is the problem?
