This is a reminder of my Feb.7th message (see below) that REGION38 "Adrianet" (Serbia and Slovenia) and REGION49 (Estonia) will be lifted worldwide from the nodelist this next Friday unless some last-minute "deus ex-machina" appears demonstrating life in either or both.
The reason for this action is that both regions seem death. Region-38 has continually for over 10 years been unable to decide upon an RC and the current entry is 'filler', the single contact that still showed some life. The last session was established on April 3rd 2013 and ever since "nothing".
Region-49 is way worse. Last mail was collected on Dec.31st 2010.
For both these regions several methodologies have been attempted including known former emailaddresses as well as Facebook. Nothing worked.
Hence my decision to remove both regions/countries. What isn't there shouldn't be listed to eliminate ridiculous situations as e.g. with the last FTSC-election.
This evening a ZONE2-segment reflecting that situation will be distributed to the other ZCs for action on Friday in their nodelist. As of tomorrowmorning (Feb.19th) this situation will already be reflected in the DAILYLST.
Sad to see them go, but it was the people in those regions themselves that made the decisions.

The nodes of REGION38 (what remains of the former Yugoslavia) and REGION49 (Estonia) have been put to "Down".
If after 2 weeks no sign of life has been received, they will be lifted from the nodelist.
