Certain parts of North America have been experiencing a very strange kind of winter with extreme cold and snowfalls unusual for that area.
Myself I returned yesterday from nearly 2 weeks in the foothills of the Rockies and we had to dig ourselves out 2 to 3 times a day. There are pictures on my facebook page. I was talking to Janis at the time and she stated the weather in her area and other parts was unusually harsh.
