I've been monitoring R40 for years. Really, this is not a spur of the moment. Once in a while Wadim's system also connects here and picks-up mail, nothing comes back ... ever.
The last 2-3 years he has not responded to a single netmailed request. I cannot connect to his system, he calls here ... which means that system is not on-line as advertised.
I have netmailed all the nodes in R40 multiple times and saw those mails being delivered in R40. No-one responded.
Then we started checking IP-addresses ... dead wood galore.
It's not new, Oleg, I'm following up on this for at least 3 years now.
