Have you mastered the art of "statistics"? It was part of my IT-training...
You have to consider 11.47% of "invalid ballots". 'That' is already a lot and where most of the "I do not know what to do people" went.
Fillon, Melenchon, Hamon and Dupont-Aignan are also tracking what happened to their votes and entertain a different point of view.
Let me put it this way, I can more make a case for "1%" based on statistical analyses of published data, than Bob (and you) can make a case for 1/3 disgruntled voters based on press generalities.
