Those nodelists will become available for FTP-nodes on my system once Kees releases them.
My system as a rule forwards all the REGION-segments it receives to Kees and has been doing this already for years. As long as 2:292/854 is up that will continue to happen, but if it doesn't happen anymore for whatever reason then there's a problem.
To deal with that I remind every RC who isn't doing this already, to deliver their region-segments also to Kees at 2:280/5003 for proper inclusion. He is also already receiving the ZONEx-segments from the other zones, so that info will also be up to date.
