That is the real odd thing ... he gets it from this node the exact same way that everybody else connected here, gets it.
But he is totally incompetent to send something this way.
He also claims his English is bad, then at times I've seen him respond quick.
It is obvious he does not compile any netsegment into a region-file, but applies all changes manually with a text-editor. Then attaches it to a Facebook-message.
He has been informed I am not processing that anymore and the response can best be described with Manuel from Fawlty Towers saying "QuВ?".
