ATC has monitored dozens of Rusian military freight planes heading to the Crimea, all civilian traffic has been suspended, airports closed.
That's the first thing you need to do when plotting an overthrow: grab the airports, then comes radio and TV. As a homebrew revolutionary you ought to know that.
