This got explanined meanwhile. Commenting out the address line was not enough for bink, at least not for the version i'm running here. After deleting the line from the config (from the include, to be precise), it's okay.
It's a bit interesting, that bink (mine) can connect to another bink (Alisha) and both present the same addresses, but transferring data works like a charm. However, problem solved. Thanks for your outside view on that.
