How exactly did the UK land in such a situation. The UK called for a referndum, the UK set the dates. How can it be that it is unprepared for the outcome of its own referendum?
There is nothing to win by prolonging the limbo and insecurity.
It is sad that it came this way ... but it cannot be undone now. UK government was domocratically voted, referendum was democratically voted. -> execute it
Maybe it has also some positive sides. Constant blackmailing from the UK about better rates than any other country will stop. Scottland (which voted predominantly leave) is welcome to stay.
Again ... it is sad that it came the way it came (and it is a loose-loose situation) but if that is what the UK decided, than we have to accept it, and make the best out of it.
