I'm not allowed to answer to this question, but the WHO is it. And the WHO directives are clear, in this phase the best thing to do is to limit the spread of the virus and the only way to do it is the lockdown fullstop.
This isn't the solution to the COVID-19 problem but, to date, it's the best way to avoid unlimited deaths, economy collpse and moreover to gain time for the scientific research to find-out something better.
And, IMHO, to broadcast to the whole nation that flock immunity is the answer, at the beginning of a pandemic, is arrogant, stupid and downbylaw.
Flock immunity is the ability to not spread the infection because the most of the guests are immune, obtaini the immunity without the help of a vaccine has a too high cost in human lifes because to develop it without the help of a vaccine need too much time and the most of the guests would dead in the meantime.
