Ukraine is only country which willingly gave up its nuclear weapon with guarantees of territorial integrity by US, UK and Russia. It was Budapest memorandum. I understand that US and UK do not want to fight with Russia for Ukraine independency. But they signed the treaty! :-( If they violate the memorandum, no other country will stop their nuclear program. This will mean that any "nuclear treaty" does not work. Pity.
I live in Ukraine. Is the only way to pacific life for us is overthow Putin after Yanukovich? :-(
