Not all of the exUSSR are fluent in English, especially the older generation. For example, I was in school and high school taught Technical English, but not spoken. Therefore, it is difficult to me to maintain an extensive conversation, especially on non-technical issues. So I'm well aware of Alexander.

Geopolitical differences between Ukraine, Belarus and Russia are not so important for Fidonet. R45, R46 and R50 have a close cooperation with each other. To get help, Alexander only need to ask. As far as I know, this is already helping him.
