I do not remember this but it does not matter. If a wrong decision was taken, it would be better to change it and not to stick with it. Fidonet is not a religion and we have no dogmas here. :)
Now look. I have 26 links receiving DAILYLST file echo from me and 8 of them poll my node. It was their decision to poll instead of receiving files from me the next moment after I had received them. What happens if you hatch several nodelists a day with the same number but with different contents while these 8 links do not manage to receive the first nodelist? Evidently the mailer renames all the following nodelists. So when they poll, they will receive only the first nodelist since for all the other nodelists their name (after renaming) does not correspond to that in the tic file.
Please advise me how do I tune my node configuration so that all of my links receive all the files you hatch.
