You are right. But if one takes such nodes as regular ones as Ward wants it then we must admit that the Pvt keyword is in the wrong place. It is better to make Pvt a flag among other connectivity flags. And such Pvt flag would be more neutral then MOB because nodes without incoming connections can be not only on mobile gadgets.
