They work just fine in all the weather conditions described above, at the distances up to 20 km.

Two WAP11 devices with 27dB directed antennas are capable of keeping a 10 Mbps link at 15...20 km. For 24 km, we had to lower speed down to 2 Mbps.
All this without any amplifiers (extra power transmitters are licensed here, which is very expensive).
