Then the only thing you can to do is to strike a concrete wall with your head, as there's only one requirement for non-private nodes: they must be able to receive direct netmail using _any_ of standard methods (that mean, described in FTSC documents with a status of "standard").

That means, although it's recommended to list all communication methods supported by a node, it still is up to the NC's decision whether they need to publish the IP capabilities flags of their hosts in a nodelist.

Out of those 12 links, 8 are capable to receive incoming binkp (FTS-1026) connections, but lack IBN flags.
Out of those 8 IBN-capable links, 0 do care of satisfying your curiosity.

Try running `grep '^;E' nodelist.ndl` next time.
