There may be several updates per day, which would cause collisions when traditional distribution methods (which are all push-type). That means, to distribute ${subj} you (as the source) and all recipients should use only pull-type distribution methods like file requests, also including non-FTN techniques like FTP (ok, you have one), HTTP (recommended) and RSYNC (very recommended).

IIRC, sometimes it produces broken nodelists - e.g. with some regions missing. That means, all these generated nodelists must (in the meaning of FTA-1006) be thoroughly checked prior to be published.
