Captain Obvious to the rescue:

When you have to use external DNS providers (especially their free accounts), you normally need at least two: they are unlikely to fail simultaneously. https://www.google.com/search?q=free+dynamic+dns has a big list of those, including:
https://www.changeip.com/
https://www.dnsdynamic.org/
https://www.dnsexit.com/
https://www.duckdns.org/
https://www.dynu.com/
https://now-dns.com/
et al.

Or just change your nodelist line:

-INA:many-glacier.dtdns.net,IBN
+INA:many-glacier.dtdns.net,INA:81.245.172.44,IBN

(that's ugly, but it works).
