You have to go to specialized stores to do that. I do that and when I sold computers, I did that as well, order parts from my supplier, put them together, with whatever operating system (mostly windows, or nothing), the customer wanted.

It was Ubuntu, and about 5 years ago. I tried a few other distros previoius to that to experiment. As you may know, Synchronet has a Nix distribution as well, Install from source. That is where I ran into problems. It took me 3 days to get it installed, and it did work, but I had to start everything manually with a password everytime. I coild not figure out how to get around that. I finally gave up after about 2 months of that --- SBBSecho 2.26-Win32 * Origin: The Lions Den BBS, Trenton, On, CDN (1:249/303)
