Only time I see many hats here is in the winter, and even then they are scarce. Maybe in the colder regions, like Montreal, or Winnipeg, but I think you are more likely to see a parka with a hood.

Just because the populace does not like it, does not mean the govt will listen. There was a severe backlash against privatizing our Ontario Hydro Electic company. Our premier could care less.
