Hi all!  Thinking about the possibility of doing some development for
Wildcat! along the lines of writing a replacement for Platinum Xpress
for Wildcat!, but in wcBASIC.  The first part I am wanting to handle in
the writing of a built-in front-end mailer within Wildcat! itself.
However, I am curious as to where I can find the specs for the actually
handshaking and data transfer of information and packets via a front
end mailer such as Platinum Xpress or FrontDoor for that matter?  If
anyone could point me in the right direction for such information, that
would be greatly appreciated.

At first the idea is to interface with PX/Win indirectly (without the
use of PXOnline completely where all incoming mail connections are
handled from withing Wildcat! itself) and then go from there.  But,
first, I need the proper handshake protocol(s) for a front end mailer
first :)

Thanks for any assistance anyone can give!
