While one might agree that Bob could have left out some sentiments in his ballot, is it your contention that the Election Coordinator is incapable of discerning the voters intention from the node number??? Is 2:203/2 a bi-polar node number, thusly meaning that multiple persons hold that node number, other than lets say yourself, explaining why the EC is not accepting that ballot?
