Uli and I exchanged NetMail about this subject last night. From what I gather, the tosser built into Mystic BBS was generating type 2+ packets with a capability word but no validation copy. Fastecho 1.46 decided the packet was a type 2 and didn't find the Zone and Point information where it expected it to be, so the mail (in this case routed NetMail) wasn't forwarded.
