Mark, I'm seeing the same thing as you did. The body of the second message (the late one) was slightly altered, but had the same header information. It also had a different msgid.
The first one had an empty kludge line and one with an X-NO-ARCHIVE kludge, which indicates it probably came via an NNTP server or newsreader. The second one didn't have that.
The path on the two messages was different also.
