Yes escept it is wrong. Only I nailed it correctly when I said that you cannot put 8-bit characters in a msg header with utf-8 characters in the message body and expect it to work without creating much grief.
In this message the Björn in the header indeed matches with the CP437 in the CHRS kludge. The level part is totally bunkus as it has to be stripped before sending the CP437 part to the remapper, 'iconv' in my case.
