To properly replicate the Møøse in an 8-bit DOS enviroment you require a "0xc30xb8" combination for each slashed 'o' character. The rest are ascii so that part will be easy. For the record 0xc3 = decimal 195 and 0xb8 = decimal 184 if that makes it easier. My reader will automagically detect them as utf-8 characters despite what your CHRS kludge claims they are. Give it a try. Perhaps that will enlighten the rest to a major flaw in the kludge. We already know that it can 'fake' Ukrainian utf-8 text. ;-)
