Whether I "sympathize" or not is unimportant. By the rules of the vote, he's entitled to cast his vote as he sees fit. Accordingly, it IS "acceptable". My opinion isn't involved. Now if you're asking whether *I* would vote that way, that's a different question - and the answer will remain unknown as I haven't studied the candidates with that in mind.
