You have basically seen my setup via netmail. Why is it that mine isn't doing the same thing as yours? My original question was if it was possible your "fix" that you and Stas did was only in your version. Since I've tried your method, and nothing changes in regards to the level on outgoing messages, I'm becoming more and more inclined to think that's a good possibility.
While I'm flying a "UTF-8 2" CHRS kludge and in a full UTF-8 environment, I'm also questioning if that's even a working possibility, since UTF-8 should always be level 4, according to FTS-5003.
