Although it must just be in some sort of beginning phase, as I tried to compile with iconv support and it started acting all sorts of screwy, even to the point of messages not being displayed and lockups.
The wide ncurses support by itself doesn't seem to help much either, although I'm sure it's better than if I wasn't using it.
