Excellent! GoldEd+ (and GoldEd) has always been my favorite sysop mail reader. I still enjoy it--and the fruits of your labors--today via SSH into my BBS machine.
I was the one, about 22 years ago now, that begged Alexander (I think that was his name?) when he was working on it to add SMB support. He did it rather begrudgingly but it worked for what I needed then. These days, MBSE supports JAM so it's nothing exciting though I cannot for the life of me get the personal mail can to work under GED+/Linux.
I prefer to use offline mail these days as it's easier for me to work with and I can take my time catching up on mail rather than get a huge backlog in GoldEd+.
