EC = Michiel.  I firmly do not believe that a neutral EC would have made
the same call on a percieved insult.

Doing the check, it looks very much as if the abstain was counted and
not corrected as of the later ballots by Seaborn that included the
absent candidate.

HD> Every day after ACKing the votes, the EC also publisched the results.

Actually, in my opinion, publishing the results while the election is on
going is a mistake -- as is not having votes be taken in private.
