Possibly... That is why an uninvolved election coordinator/counter/judge is importantant in any election.
After the previous fiasco, I truly expected Michiel would 1) clearly state the nominating and then voting procedure, 2) stand aside and let someone else handle the details of collecting, enumerating and deciding the results.
