Correct. MakeNL doesn't check nodelist flags, which is why the ErrFlags program which was/is in use in Z2 came to be. MakeNL's nodelist entry checks are confined to the keyword, node number, phone number, and baud rate fields, with the exception of the optional high-bit character stripping/replacement with question marks (?).
