that depends on the laws in a sysop's area... some systems can carry anything and as long as no practise of looking at all mail is performed, then reasonable doubt may be allowable... in other areas, systems do not have this and the operator(s) may be liable for traffic flowing through their system... in some areas, having traffic with certain contents is automatic jail time...
