perhaps it arrived here at that time, too... maybe this is a new copy of the same message which was done with an editor that doesn't properly alter certain attributes like the time and date? only the originator of the post can answer that question...
i know of at least one other editor that will forward or copy messages and leave the header the same so that it appears that the original writer is on another system than the one their post originated from... is that wrong?

and yet folks (you?) are saying that what the FTSC is doing is not serious or relevent... i've been chastised for being too serious with the specs and helping others in their development work... some appreciate what i've done to help them and point out flaws and suggest fixes while others have taken such actions as attacks against them...
