wrong... there are technical differences and ones easy to see and identify... you are a scientist yet you did not do this... instead you chose to rule based on emotion... emotion that you showed earlier in your posts... emotion based on personal interactions... emotion based on which parties to alienate...
the truth and technical aspect of the matter is that the votes in this 2013 situation, the actual Xes on the ballots, did not change in the subsequent submissions... in 2010, bjorn did change his Xes... that is exactly why he wanted to change his vote and ballot... that is the difference... the changing of the Xes or not...
