i won't mention the BS about 'getting permission' from an 'archiver' and allowing publishing by only one entity when all those messages used do not belong to anyone other than the people who wrote them and none of them were asked for permission... so both of those 'granted permissions' are total fecal matter and do not mean anything at all...
