RC17 has not had any problems doing his job AFAIK... he has always been available and helpful when needed...
however, i mistyped in my original post above... i meant RC14, jon justvig, who is moving to R19... this second move of his was one of the reasons why he was rushing to get his vote posted and made the errors that we saw... when he stopped posting, it was because his system was shutdown, packed and in transport to their new location...
