he commented in FN_SYSOP about the results before midnight one day (8 Dec 2013 14:39)... then the next day (9 Dec 2013 00:03) they were published in the snooze and the FIDONEWS echo...
the fact remains that at the time you wrote your decision and sent it to the snooze editor for publishing, you could easily have crossposted that same message with those results to the FTSC_PUBLIC echo with little to no work on your part... especially since the snooze editor wrote a public message in a public echo about it at 2:39PM... surely you weren't going to bed at that time... live with it...
